Distilleries are producing ethanol from corn grain for the needs of industry. Quality is ensured by the strict standard the raw material used and controlled manufacturing process to delivery to the customer. DDGS is a product manufactured after removal of ethyl alcohol by distillation from fermented corn grains mixing and skimmed condensed particles of grain and soluble nutrients as follows. The corn grains crusher hammered are breaking into small particles. Corn meal is mixed up with water and heated. Special enzymes added at this temperature most of starch change into sugars. After subsequent cooling down add other types of yeast and enzymes that break down the residual starch and ferment sugars into ethyl alcohol and CO2. Ethanol is centrifuged in a centrifuge. By the distillation the liquid shapes arise as a byproduct. From the liquid corn stillage centrifuged solids corn in centrifuge and the liquid fraction of soluble nutrients dehydrate in the evaporator. The wet particles are mixed with syrup, dried and granulated together.
Plants for ethanol of different purity, and a capacity of 10 - 100 m3 / day.
